Open Access Consumer definition

Open Access Consumer means a consumer who is eligible to receive supply of electricity from a person other than the distribution licensee of his area of supply;

Open Access Consumer means a consumer permitted by the Distribution Licensee / Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than the Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression(s) includes a generator and a licensee, who has availed of open access.

Open Access Consumer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a Generating Company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of Open- Access.

• Designation of the personnel responsible for operation of Grid substations at which Open Access Consumer is connected.

Open Access Consumer means the consumer availing open access under sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Act;

Open Access Consumer means any licensee or consumer or buyer or a person engaged in generation who has been granted open access in accordance with these regulations;

Open Access Consumer means any person permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person other than distribution licensee of his area of supply, and open access shall be construed accordingly. The expression “open access consumer” includes a generating company and a licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;

Open Access Consumer means any Licensee or Consumer or buyer or a person engaged in generation who has been granted Open Access in accordance with the JSERC (Terms and Conditions for Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2016 as amended from time to time;

Open Access Consumer means a consumer not having a supply agreement with the distribution licensee in whose area of supply the consumer is located, but availing or intending to avail supply of energy from a person other than that distribution licensee under the Open Access Regulation and includes a consumer availing wheeling facility for carrying the electricity from his captive generating plant to the destination of his own use without having a supply agreement with the distribution licensee of the area in which the consumer‟s premises is located.
