Class Member means a member of the Class.
Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.
Settlement Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Settlement Class.
Participating Class Member means a Class Member who does not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion from the Settlement.
Participating Class Members means all Class Members who do not submit valid
Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.
Non-Participating Class Member means any Class Member who opts out of the Settlement by sending the Administrator a valid and timely Request for Exclusion.
Named Plaintiffs means: Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx.
Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.
High Court means the High Court of Ireland.
Class A Limited Partner means EPCO Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.
civil partner in relation to a person, means a civil partner within the meaning of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, but does not include a civil partner who is living separately and apart from the person;
Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.
Plaintiffs means Xxxx XxXxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx.
Former Partner means (i) with respect to a Partner that is a trust, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Trust, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.78; (ii) with respect to a Partner that is an Entity, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Entity, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.18; (iii) a Partner that has become a Bankrupt Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.7; (iv) a Partner that has become a Pledgor Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.74; and (v) a Partner that ceases to be a Participating Stockholder with respect to the Class B Shares of each Company in which the Partnership owns Class B Shares.
Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.
Class Counsel means X. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, A Professional Law Corp; Xxxxx X. Xxxxx of Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP; Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx of Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP; and Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx P.L.L.P.
Settlement Class Counsel means and refers to Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, & XxXxxxx, P.C.

Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.
