Ontario Class definition

Ontario Class means persons residing in Ontario who would otherwise be Class Members;

Ontario Class means all Class Members who are not members of the Quebec Class on the Court Approval Date;

Ontario Class means the class certified by the Ontario Court in the Ontario Action, namely all persons, wherever they may reside or be domiciled, who acquired securities of SNC during Class Period, except for Québec Class Members and Excluded Persons.

Ontario Class means all persons resident in the Province of Ontario as of February 18, 1993 or who received their implants in the Province of Ontario, who have had silicone gel Breast Implants placed in their bodies, whose implants were manufactured, developed, designed, fabricated, sold, distributed or otherwise placed into the stream of commerce by Dow Corning and who did not timely exercise their rights to opt out of the Ontario Class or, if they did exercise such rights, who also exercised their rights to opt back into the Ontario Class pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Registration Form, Exhibit F-1 to this Agreement.
