Ontario Actions definition

Ontario Actions means the Ontario Actions as defined in Schedule A and includes any actions subsequently consolidated into the Ontario Actions.
Ontario Actions means Court File No. CV-10-296029-00CP, Court File No. CV-10-401396-00CP and Court File No. 10-47583, all commenced in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice;

  • Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.

  • Environmental Claims means any and all administrative, regulatory or judicial actions, suits, demands, demand letters, claims, liens, notices of noncompliance or violation, investigations or proceedings relating in any way to any Environmental Law.
