Onsite Services definition

Onsite Services. Health Care provided for TDCJ offenders "onsite" at those TDCJ Units, including infirmary care at those TDCJ Units with infirmary care and those pharmacy services provided to TDCJ Units for medically necessary prescription and over the counter drugs.
Onsite Services means the information technology services described in Exhibit A to be provided by SCT (TMD) under this Agreement..

Examples of Onsite Services in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed herein, for Ricoh to perform the Onsite Services, Customer shall provide: (i) the office supplies (such as paper clips, staples, staplers, tape, etc.); and (ii) the office equipment (such as desks, shelves, telephones, file cabinets, table and chairs) that Customer and Ricoh mutually agree are necessary.

  • Supplier may enter into contractual arrangements with independent contractors or subcontractors (collectively referred to as “Subcontractors”) to perform or otherwise assist Supplier in providing the On-site Services or Remote Services, provided however, that Supplier will not be relieved of its obligations under this Agreement because of any act or failure to act by any such Subcontractor(s) and will be fully liable for all such acts and omissions of the Subcontractor(s).

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings.   • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
