Online Systems definition

Online Systems means together the systems and tools made available by B2M to its Customers from time to time including (without limitation) BP Account Manager, BP Alerts, Fuelnsights and FleetReporter;
Online Systems means any electronic commerce, trading platform, application programming interface (API), graphical user interface (GUI), messaging or information service provided by or routing to us (directly or by a third party), including any trading, algorithmic calculation or trading, routing, clearing, settlement, matching, communications or reconciliation services, whether or not branded by us.
Online Systems means Online Systems (Northern) Ltd of Westmoor House, Westmoor Road, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0HD. Registration number: 2709011 “Online Systems Allocated User-ID and Password” means a user-identity and password, which Online Systems has allocated to the Customer to enable use of the Service.

  • The Company may upgrade or replace the Online System(s) from time to time.

  • Subject to the Client’s obligations under the Agreement being fulfilled, the Company hereby grants the Client a limited license, which is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and fully recoverable, to use any of its Online System(s) (including the use of the Website and any associated downloadable software available from time to time).

  • In this Client Agreement the following words shall have the corresponding meanings: Access Codes: Your login and password are given to you by us in order to have access to any of our Online Systems or Websites (as applicable).

  • Any failure or delay in any order being displayed on Finalto Online Systems shall not affect the validity of the Transaction.

  • You will promptly inform us if you suspect that the security or functionality of any Username and Password or Finalto Online Systems has been compromised.

  • As between the parties hereto, you agree that (i) you are solely responsible for the performance and enforcement of any Transaction entered into by you with a Counterparty through the use of Finalto Online Systems and (ii) neither we nor any of our Affiliates will have any obligation or liability in respect of or be responsible for, or otherwise be deemed to guarantee, the performance of any Transaction entered into by you with a Counterparty through the use of Finalto Online Systems.

  • When you enter into a Transaction with us, a Pop-up Image reflecting the key economic terms will ordinarily appear on the screen page of Finalto Online Systems and/or External Platform.

Related to Online Systems

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Computer Systems means software, computer firmware, computer hardware, electronic data processing, telecommunications networks, network equipment, interfaces, platforms, peripherals, computer systems, and information contained therein or transmitted thereby, including any outsourced systems and processes.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Computer System means a computer and all input, output, processing, storage, off-line media libraries, and communication facilities which are connected to the computer and which are under the control and supervision of the operating system(s) or application(s) software used by the ASSURED.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Telecommunications System means a system for conveying visual images, sounds or other information by electronic means;

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • NBOME means the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations for osteopathic physicians.

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • E-System means any electronic system approved by Agent, including Syndtrak®, Intralinks® and ClearPar® and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any of its Related Persons or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Cable System means a facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated Signal generation, reception, and control equipment, that is designed to provide Cable Service, which includes Video Programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within a community, but “Cable System” does not include:

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
