  • Subscriber shall immediately discontinue use of any Online SELECT services.

  • Subscriber may only use an Online SELECT service in accordance with and subject to this Agreement, and any terms of use for the applicable Online SELECT service, which terms supplement this Agreement.

  • Bentley hereby grants to Subscriber, subject to its compliance with the procedures of this Section 5.02(g) of Exhibit A, a limited non-transferable non-exclusive right to create, using Online SELECT (following the registration requirements published on Online SELECT), one (1) copy per Site of each Eligible Product solely for Evaluation Use of such Product, provided that Subscriber shall have no right to create evaluation copies of Products previously licensed by Subscriber.

  • The following licensing programs are not available for all Products; please check Online SELECT to see which Products are Eligible Products for the respective licensing programs.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application provided in the Apple App Store1 and Google Play Store2 where certain information regarding your Card Account is available. Standard rates for data and text messaging may apply from your cellular service provider for use of the mobile application.

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the IPTV Operator that lists television channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes.

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

  • Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.
