The Processor shall only carry out the Processing to the extent necessary to provide the Service to the Controller as described in the Online Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement.
Upon termination of the Online Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement and prior to deletion, the Processor will provide the Controller or a party appointed by the Controller with all data necessary for using the Personal Data it has access to in a readable manner and common format, in order for the Controller to be able to continue using the Personal Data in other contexts.

The Data Processing Agreement cannot be terminated separately from the Online Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement.
The terms of the Data Processing Agreement are equal to the terms of the Online Purchase Agreement or Service Agreement.
