Online Medium definition

Online Medium means any website, domain, social network account or identity, blog, feed, email address, email distribution list, or other Internet account or presence (including Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, and Flicker) that incorporates, exploits, utilizes, displays, or otherwise makes use of any of the Company Proprietary and Intellectual Property, Company Work Product, or Confidential Information.
