One Way Fee definition

One Way Fee means the fee specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page as being the applicable fee for returning the Vehicle to an approved depot other than the Pickup Location; “Outback Fee” means the fee specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page as being payable for using the Vehicle in any Outback Region, and in the absence of any other specification means the sum of $10 per day during the Total Term; “Outback Region” means any outback region or route specified on the Area of Use diagram appearing on the Details Page or Policies Page, and includes any region or route shaded in grey therein; “Permitted Area of Use” means the whole of Australia other than any Prohibited Area; “Pickup Location” means the premises from which you take Possession of the Vehicle on the Start Date or such other premises nominated as such on the Details Page or Policies Page; “Policies Page” means the policies page on our Website; “Possession” means any degree of possession and includes custody; “Prohibited Area” means any area identified as such in this Agreement or on our Policies Page; “Prohibited Area Fee” means the sum of $2,000, or any other sum describes as such on the Details Page or Policies Page; “Refuelling Fee” means a sum equal to the cost of refilling the Vehicle’s fuel tanks, plus a $20 administration fee; “Remote Location Fee” means the sum stated beside each location identified in the definition of ‘Remote Location’, or any other sum specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page, as being payable if you elect to collect or return the Vehicle from a Remote Location; “Remote Location” means any location identified as such on the Details Page or the Policies Page; “Rental Pack” means the bundle of documents provided to you on hiring the Vehicle, including this Agreement; “Return Date” means the ‘Due Return Date’ stated on the Details Page, or the Extended Return Date as the case may be; “Return Location”, unless stated otherwise on the Details Page, means the Pickup Location; “Return Time” means the ‘Due Return Time’ stated on the Details Page, otherwise 10:00am; “Settlement Sum” means: (a) if the Claim relates to any period of time during which the Vehicle is not available for use during the Term in circumstances where we are liable for such unavailability: an amount equal to the Daily Hire Charge multiplied by the number of full days during the relevant period;
One Way Fee means the fee charged by Hertz under the One Way Policy;

Examples of One Way Fee in a sentence

  • If You return the Vehicle to a Sixt rental station different to the Return Location shown in the Rental Details Document, We may charge You a One Way Fee as described in clause 5.5(h).

  • The Xxxxxx Fee, One Way Fee and Pre-purchased Gas Bottle Fee (each of which are set out in) do not apply to relocation bookings.

  • If You return the Vehicle to a Sixt rental station different to the Return Location shown in the Rental Details Document, We may charge You a One Way Fee as described in clause 5.6(h).

  • Agency and Locum staff require a summary local induction at the start of the first shift worked in each booked episode in an area.

  • One Way Fee May apply if you return the vehicle to a location different from the location agreed in your Subscription Agreement.

  • If you decide to leave the Vehicle in Malaysia, you will incur One Way Fee as set out in Annexure B.

  • If You wish to return the vehicle to a different location from that which they checked out from, a One Way Fee set out in Annexure B will apply (unless Clause 6.9(a) applies).

  • If You return the Vehicle to a Sixt rental station different to the Return Location shown in the Rental Details Document, We may charge You a One Way Fee as described in clause 5.4(i).

  • This shall include, but not be limited to, any and all miscellaneous charges, airport surcharges, Tourism Levy, Incident Administration Fee, Inexperienced Driver Levy, Contract Fee, Traffic Fines, Fine Processing Fee, One Way Fee, Over Border Charges, Delivery Fee, Collection Fee, Insurance Cover, fuel, and/or all taxes due and payable on the Rental Rates, and any other charges and fees applicable to the Rental Agreement entered into by the Renter.

  • In recent years, another drug, naltraxone, which is claimed to be non-addictive, has been used with some drug users in nations such as Singapore with considerable success.


More Definitions of One Way Fee

One Way Fee means the fee specified as such on the Details Page or Policies Page as being the applicable fee for returning the Vehicle to an approved depot other than the Pickup Location;
One Way Fee means an additional fee to be charged by Rolling to deliver or collect a vehicle, where the vehicle is delivered to or collected from a remote location other than the “Depot”.

Related to One Way Fee

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Non-Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
