School grounds means in, or on the grounds of, a school.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Middle school means a public school with any grades 6 through 8.
Alumni means the persons who have received degrees, diplomas or certificates from Ryerson Institute of Technology, Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Ryerson Polytechnic University or Ryerson University and who are no longer registered as students; (amended)
SMP : means Significant Market Power;
Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
SDS means Safety Data Sheet.
MSC means Xxxxxx Shopping Centre Pty. Limited, its successors and permitted assigns;
School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.
ESI means Entergy Services, Inc.
PAN means the Personal Access Number created by a User in accordance with the Operating Instructions for use by that User with that User’s OPEN24 Number.
Proprietary school means a school that uses a certain plan or method to teach a trade, occupation, or vocation for a consideration, reward, or promise of any kind. Proprietary school includes, but is not limited to, a private business, trade, or home study school. Proprietary school does not include any of the following:
SCE means Southern California Edison Company.
School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
School climate means the quality and character of school life with a particular focus on the quality of the relationships within the school community between and among students and adults.
Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
Intel shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
Volunteer firefighter means a firefighter whose position normally requires less than 600
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
GT means grams per tonne.
