Omnibus Segregated Account definition

Omnibus Segregated Account means an account opened within the Clearing House by a Clearing Member or an FCM which enables the relevant Clearing Member or FCM (as applicable) to distinguish its assets and positions from the assets and positions held for the account of its clients (or a group of clients). For the avoidance of doubt, the term includes Identified Client Omnibus Segregated Accounts, Affiliated Client Omnibus Segregated Accounts, Non-Identified Client Omnibus Net Segregated Accounts and Indirect Net Accounts
Omnibus Segregated Account means an account opened within the Clearing House by a Clearing Member or an FCM which enables the relevant Clearing Member or FCM (as applicable) to distinguish its assets and positions from the assets and positions held for the account of its clients (or a group of clients).   • Separate initial margin calculations are performed for an SCM's Proprietary Accounts and for each Individual Segregated Account, Custodial Segregated Account, Omnibus Segregated Account (other than an Omnibus Gross Segregated Account), and Indirect Gross Sub-Account within an Indirect Gross Account.

  • SwapClear Client Clearing Services are provided to SwapClear Clearing Clients through an Individual Segregated Account, an Indirect Gross Account, a Custodial Segregated Account or an Omnibus Segregated Account.

  • Article 3.2.0.2The Clearing Member may request the opening of several Individual Segregated Account Structure(s) and Omnibus Segregated Account Structure(s) for the account of its Clients or Indirect Clients provided that the opening of such Client Account Structure(s) does not adversely affect, or is not likely to adversely affect, the proper functioning of the Clearing System.

  • In relation to an Omnibus Segregated Account, the SwapClear Clearing Member shall be entitled to deliver a separate Cash Only Election Notice in relation to each "position account" within that Omnibus Segregated Account, provided however that, in relation to a net Omnibus Account, if the SwapClear Clearing Member has delivered a Cash Only Election Notice in respect of any "position account", all "position accounts" therein shall be Cash Only Client Position Accounts.

  • A single separate calculation in respect of the variation margin and/or NPV Payment owed by or to the relevant SCM shall be performed for (i) an SCM's Proprietary Accounts, (ii) each Individual Segregated Account, Custodial Segregated Account and Omnibus Segregated Account (other than an Omnibus Gross Segregated Account), and(iii) each Indirect Gross Sub-Account within an Indirect Gross Account.

Related to Omnibus Segregated Account

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Omnibus Account means any Shareholder Account the record owner of which is a registered broker-dealer which has agreed with the Transfer Agent to provide sub-transfer agent functions relating to each Sub-shareholder Account within such Shareholder Account as contemplated by this Schedule I in respect of each of the Funds.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Series Account means any deposit, securities, trust, escrow or similar account maintained for the benefit of the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class, as specified in any Supplement.

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Principal Account(s means deposit accounts of the Fund carried on the books of BBH&Co. as principal in accordance with Section 7 hereof.

  • Series Accounts means, collectively, the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Accumulation Account, the Distribution Account, the Reserve Account and the Spread Account.

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.
