O&M Plan definition

O&M Plan means an operations and maintenance plan relating to any asbestos containing materials.

O&M Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 36 hereof.

O&M Plan is hereby deleted.

More Definitions of O&M Plan

O&M Plan shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.2.

O&M Plan means the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manual for the Solar PV System or, in the absence of an operating and maintenance manual, the operating and maintenance of the Solar PV System in accordance with good industry practice.

O&M Plan means the Operations & Maintenance Plan for the ESP, attached hereto as Appendix C, that sets forth operating parameters and maintenance procedures

O&M Plan means individually and/or collectively as the context may require (i) that certain Asbestos Containing Materials Operations and Maintenance Plan, dated July 21, 2014, prepared by AEI Consultants as Project No. 331240, (ii) that certain Asbestos Safety Awareness Training Presentation prepared by the Military, Public Safety and Security Division of Florida State College, and (iii) the GSV Asbestos and Lead Management Training Program completed on August 15, 2017, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

O&M Plan has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.3.1.

O&M Plan means the operation and maintenance plan prepared and submitted by the Concessionaire and approved by the Authority;

O&M Plan means the plan specified in Item 10 of SCHEDULE 1. Personnel Information has the meaning given in the Privacy Act. Plans means the plans specified in Item 10 of SCHEDULE 1 approved by CWW in accordance with clause 4.3, as may be updated from time to time in accordance with this Contract.
