O&M Contractor definition

O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;
O&M Contractor means a person, if any, with whom the Developer has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Developer;
O&M Contractor means the person or entity with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M functions for and on behalf of the Concessionaire.
