O&M Charge definition

O&M Charge is defined in Section 5.1(b).
O&M Charge means the charge assessed users of the system for the cost of operation and maintenance a wastewater collection, transportation, and/or treatment system.
O&M Charge has the meaning specified in Section 13.3.

  • MW.h) is the product of the Heat Rate multiplied by the Fuel Cost, added to the sum of the Variable STS Charges and Variable O&M Charge.

More Definitions of O&M Charge

O&M Charge means the charges payable by the Municipality to York hereunder calculated pursuant to Section 5.01 hereof;
O&M Charge has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2 of Article 4 hereof.
O&M Charge means the Fixed O&M Charge and the Variable O&M Charge.
O&M Charge shall have the meaning given such term in Section 7.1.

Related to O&M Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
