Old Warrants definition

Old Warrants means all issued, outstanding, and unexpired warrants to purchase Old Common Stock outstanding as of the Petition Date.
Old Warrants means the warrants, outstanding immediately prior to the Petition Date, to purchase Old Common Stock.
Old Warrants means any warrants outstanding as of the Petition Date to purchase shares of Old Common Stock.
