Old Senior Preferred Stock definition

Old Senior Preferred Stock means, collectively, the 13% Senior Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock and 13% Series B Senior Redeemable Exchangeable Preferred Stock.
Old Senior Preferred Stock means the senior preferred stock of Holdings outstanding on the Effective Date, together with any options, warrants, or rights to purchase, sell or subscribe for an ownership interest in, or other security of, any of the Debtors, including any and all redemption, conversion, exchange, voting, participation or dividend rights or liquidation preferences relating thereto.
Old Senior Preferred Stock means the shares of CAI's 14% Senior Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $10,000 per share, and options, warrants, or rights, contractual or otherwise, if any, to acquire any such 14% Senior Convertible Preferred Stock.
