Old Rules definition

Old Rules means the provisions of the Code and (where applicable) the rules contained in the CSEP Network Exit Agreements as they apply prior to the Nexus Modifications;
Old Rules means the rules of the Federation in force immediately prior to the changeover.

More Definitions of Old Rules

Old Rules means the GEM Listing Rules as they were on 31 December 2006;
