Old Revolving Note definition

Old Revolving Note means the Borrower's revolving promissory note dated as of June 26, 1997, payable to the order of the Lender in the original principal amount of $500,000.
Old Revolving Note means International's Revolving Promissory Note dated as of July 31, 1996 payable to the order of the Bank in the original principal amount of $5,000,000.

  • Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.
