Old Debentures definition

Old Debentures means Finlay Enterprises' 12% Senior Discount Debentures due 2005.

Old Debentures means the 7 1/4% Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2014, issued and outstanding under the Old Indenture.

Old Debentures means those 13 3/8% Senior Discount Debentures due 2009 of Anthony Crane Rental Holdings, L.P. and Anthony Crane Holdings Capital Corporation issued in connection with the Transactions.
