Oil Field definition

Oil Field means, within the Contract Area, an Oil Reservoir or a group of Oil Reservoirs within a common geological structure or feature.
Oil Field means an area which the appropriate authority (within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 1 to the Oil Taxation Act 1975) has determined to be an oil field for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act,
Oil Field means an area consisting of a single Reservoir or multiple Reservoirs all grouped on, or related to, a common geological structure or stratigraphic feature, from which Crude Oil may be producedand which is designated as such by ROC.

Oil Field means a field from which more than fifty (50) percent of the estimated reserves comprise Crude Oil.
