Ohio Building Code definition

Ohio Building Code means the requirements established in Chapter 4101:1 of the Administrative Code.
Ohio Building Code means the building requirements as adopted by the board of building standards pursuant to section 3781.10 of the Revised Code.
Ohio Building Code means the Ohio Building Code, as adopted pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapters 119, 3781, and 3791, and any amendments.

  • Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Note Mortgage and/or an ABL Mortgage.
