Official Exchange Rate definition

Official Exchange Rate means the daily exchange rate for pricing precious metals transactions in terms of United Stated dollars as published on the Depository website.
Official Exchange Rate means the exchange rate of Mexican Pesos for U.S. Dollars determined by the Mexican Central Bank for the payment of obligations denominated in foreign currency payable in Mexico, as published in the Mexican Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on a determined date;
Official Exchange Rate means with respect to any payment to be made hereunder, the exchange rate between the relevant currency or currency unit and the currency or currency unit of payment calculated by the Exchange Rate Agent for the Securities of the relevant series (or in the case of ECU, reported by the Commission of the European Communities and currently based on the rates in effect at 2:30 p.m., Brussels time, on the exchange markets of the Component Currencies of ECU), on the Business Day (in the city in which such Exchange Rate Agent has its principal office) immediately preceding delivery of any Exchange Rate Officer’s Certificate.

Official Exchange Rate means with respect to the exchange of Pesos to Dollars, and from Dollars to Pesos, the rate of exchange used for the purchase of Dollars “transfer” (cotización divisas) with Pesos as quoted by Banco de la Nación Argentina on its website at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx (or such other web page of Banco de la Nación Argentina where the quotation is published if this web address changes) at the close of business of the second Business Day prior to the date of determination, or if such rate shall not be available, the rate informed by the Central Bank in accordance with Argentine Central Bank Communiqué “A” 3500 dated March 1, 2002 pursuant to the survey mechanism established in such Communiqué.

Official Exchange Rate for such purposes shall mean the rate of exchange recognised by the European Central Bank for the conversion of the affected currency into the single European currency in connection with the implementation of European economic and monetary union;
