Official Committee definition

Official Committee means the official committee of unsecured claimholders appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Official Committee means the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Debtors appointed by the United States Trustee pursuant to Section 1102(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
