Officer-in-Charge definition

Officer-in-Charge means the officer of the Corporation, not below the level of Deputy Manager, designated by “Competent Authority.” as the case may be, who shall supervise and be in-charge of such works.
Officer-in-Charge means, the Officer deputed by the Head of Dept. /Executing Dept., to supervise the work or part of the work.
