Officer Group definition

Officer Group means the Covered Employees and any other officer of the Company designated as part of the Officer Group by the Committee.
Officer Group means the individuals listed on Schedule 2. If the employment of any individual listed on Schedule 2 is terminated by the Company for Cause, death or Permanent Disability or by the individual without Good Reason, that individual shall no longer be a member of the Officer Group. If the Executive does not deliver to the Chief Executive Officer, within ninety (90) days after the date on which the Executive knew or should have known of the Good Reason event, written notice specifying in reasonable detail the particulars giving rise to the Good Reason Event, the Executive shall be deemed conclusively to have waived that particular Good Reason Event (but not any subsequent Good Reason Event) even if the Executive's failure to give timely notice of the Good Reason event is a result of the Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness. In all events, the Company will be given a 30 day period to cure or remedy the condition giving rise to the Executive's notice.
Officer Group means, collectively, the CEO, Chief Financial Officer and the Managing Director, Asset Management and Acquisitions of the Issuer, and any other senior executive officers of the Issuer that the Administrators may designate as belonging to the Officer Group from time to time;

More Definitions of Officer Group

Officer Group means those employees and agents of the Company who are designated as officers of the Company as are appointed by the Board of Governors pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Company as are established by the Board of Governors and in effect from time to time.
