Officer Group means the Covered Employees and any other officer of the Company designated as part of the Officer Group by the Committee.

Officer Group means the individuals listed on Schedule 2. If the employment of any individual listed on Schedule 2 is terminated by the Company for Cause, death or Permanent Disability or by the individual without Good Reason, that individual shall no longer be a member of the Officer Group.
