Office Rules definition

Office Rules means rules adopted by the Office which apply to HMOs.
Office Rules means any and all valid rules adopted by the Financial Services Commission which apply to insurers or other entities within the jurisdiction of the Office.
Office Rules. LESSEE agrees to abide by the Office Rules, whether promulgated before or after the execution hereof, including, but not limited to, rules with respect to noise, odors, disposal of refuse, parking and use of commons areas.
