Office Administrator definition

Office Administrator means, unless otherwise indicated, an individual designated by the Commissioner to oversee a subdivision of the Agency. In the event there is no Office Administrator in an individual’s chain of command, the pertinent Deputy Commissioner or designee will act on matters otherwise handled by an Office Administrator.
