If you are not an employee of Akamai or one of our U.S. subsidiaries on the date this Offer to Exchange is made or you are not an employee of Akamai or one of our U.S. subsidiaries on the date it expires, you will not be eligible to accept this offer.
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or the Offer to Exchange, no consent or approval is required by any other person or entity in order for it to carry out the Exchange Offer.
