Offending Member definition

Offending Member means a Member who has been found by the Chair or by Council or by a Committee to have disobeyed a rule in this Procedure By-law or a Chair’s ruling;
Offending Member means a Member who has, or whose Invitee has, breached the Rules or Bylaws.
Offending Member has the meaning ascribed thereto in Bye-law 64(9);

  • After an apology is made by the Offending Member, Council or a Committee may consent to allow the Offending Member to return to the Meeting.
