Examples of Offending Member in a sentence
After an apology is made by the Offending Member, Council or a Committee may consent to allow the Offending Member to return to the Meeting.
All money paid, fines imposed and expenses incurred by the Society (including any legal costs of the Society) in remedying, or attempting to remedy, any Breach or damage, or incurred in the exercise, or attempted exercise, or enforcement or attempted enforcement of any power, right or remedy of the Society in respect of such Breach, shall be a debt due from the Offending Member to the Society.
If any money payable by an Offending Member to the Society is in arrears and unpaid for five Working Days (whether or not formal demand for payment has been made and without any formal demand being necessary) such money shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest at the Default Interest Rate, computed on a daily basis from the due date until the date of payment in full.

Where a Breach has occurred, the Offending Member shall make good that Breach.
The Board of Directors will provide the Offending Member written notice of its intent to suspend or revoke the Member’s Membership at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date that the suspension or revocation is to be effective.
If the Offending Member informs the CAO or a Commissioner that they wish to apologize, the Clerk will inform the Chair of the Member’s request.
At the next available opportunity in the Meeting, the Chair will allow the Offending Member to return to his/her seat to apologize to Council or a Committee.
Where damage has been caused to the Communal Facilities, the Offending Member shall make good such damage.
Any Member other than the Offending Member may appeal the Chair’s ruling in ii), and Council or a Committee may overturn or uphold the Chair’s ruling.
