Off-Site Location definition

Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.
Off-Site Location means any real property other than: (a) the real properties currently or formerly used, operated, owned, leased, controlled, possessed or occupied by Seller (including its predecessors-in-interest) and (b) the real properties adjacent to or in the vicinity of the real property described in clause (a) of this definition that have been impacted by Hazardous Materials that have been Released, disposed, discharged or emitted at the real properties described in clause (a) of this definition.
Off-Site Location means any real property or facility to which Hazardous Materials were sent by or on behalf of any member of either Group (or any of their respective predecessors in interest) or the Valvoline Entities for disposal, treatment, reclamation or recycling in connection with the operation of their respective businesses.

  • Employee agrees to hold the University harmless for injury to others occurring at the Off-Site Location.

More Definitions of Off-Site Location

Off-Site Location means any third party location that is not now nor has ever been owned, leased or operated by the Fortive Group or the Vontier Group or any of their respective predecessors. “Off-Site Location” does not include any property that is adjacent to or neighboring any property formerly, currently or in the future owned, leased or operated by the Fortive Group, the Vontier Group, or their respective predecessors that has been impacted by Hazardous Substances released from such properties.
Off-Site Location means any third party location that is not now nor has ever been owned, leased or operated by the Xxxxxxx Group or the Veralto Group or any of their respective predecessors. “Off-Site Location” does not include any property that is adjacent to or neighboring any property formerly, currently or in the future owned, leased or operated by the Xxxxxxx Group, the Veralto Group, or their respective predecessors that has been impacted by Hazardous Substances released from such properties.
Off-Site Location means any third-party location that is not now and has never been owned, leased or operated by any member of the Versum Group or any member of the Air Products Group or any of their respective predecessors. “Off-Site Location” does not include any property that is adjacent to or neighboring any property formerly, currently or in the future owned, leased or operated by any member of the Versum Group or any member of the Air Products Group or their respective predecessors that has been impacted by Hazardous Substances Released from such properties.
Off-Site Location does not include any property that is adjacent to or neighboring any property formerly, currently or in the future owned, leased or operated by the Ligand Group, the OmniAb Group, or their respective predecessors that has been impacted by any Release of a Hazardous Substance from such properties.
Off-Site Location means any location other than: (i) the Business Real Property; and (ii) any Real Property that is adjacent to or in the vicinity of a Business Real Property that has been impacted by a Release from such Business Real Property.
Off-Site Location means any site or facility to which Hazardous Material generated on the Property prior to the Closing Date was transported for recycling, reuse, treatment, storage or disposal.
Off-Site Location means any third party location that is not now nor has ever been owned, leased or operated by the Ligand Group or the OmniAb Group or any of their respective predecessors. “Off-Site Location” does not include any property that is adjacent to or neighboring any property formerly, currently or in the future owned, leased or operated by the Ligand Group, the OmniAb Group, or their respective predecessors that has been impacted by any Release of a Hazardous Substance from such properties.
