OEM Products definition

OEM Products means the products listed in Exhibit A, all related Documentation, Parts and other deliverables provided pursuant to this Agreement.

OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products that are identified on the applicable Order Form.

OEM Products means original equipment manufactured Material that Nortel Networks has no rights to manufacture or have manufactured or to determine supply chain strategy.

• OEM Products – Products included on the bidder’s price list made available through OEM agreements.

More Definitions of OEM Products

OEM Products means, collectively, the Program and Documentation developed by SA for HP under this Agreement.

OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products which incorporate Dynamsoft Products.

OEM Products means the Aesculap product line, the Wolf product line and the OEM Camera product line as further defined in Exhibit B, and any improvements, derivatives, modifications or enhancements thereto.

OEM Products means OEM’s appliance or value-add solution which Standard Product is incorporated into or utilized as a part thereof. OEM Products have functionality different than Standard Products and are marketed by OEM to End-Users.

OEM Products means those Products described in Attachment 1.

OEM Products means OEM equipment and hardware as integrated with the Products.

OEM Products shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.6.
