OEM Data Book shall refer to the nationally published or internal document(s) issued by the OEM which lists, among other things, an Option Code and description for the OEM’s Product Line.

Examples of OEM Data Book in a sentence

  • The discount for replacement parts shall be equal to or greater than the Additional Options NYS Discount, and shall apply to the MSRP on the OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist as applicable.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
