OEM Customer definition

OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer of one or more Embedded Systems that has signed a current CLA.
OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer of one or more Embedded Systems which (i) has signed a current OEM Customer Agreement provided by DISTRIBUTOR or for which DISTRIBUTOR has received verification of current OEM Customer status from MS, and (ii) is located within the Territory.
OEM Customer means a joint customer of Partner and BlackBerry that engages in development, licensing, sale or delivery of Finished Target Systems, either directly or indirectly through other partners or channel partners.

OEM Customer means a Person in the business of manufacturing motor vehicles.
OEM Customer means an OEM automobile manufacturer such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors, or Hyundai Motors, etc. OEM Product means tire pressure and temperature monitoring systems developed by SmarTire, or the designs for such systems, or any derivatives of the Product that incorporate changes to the initial designs to accommodate the specifications or requirements of an OEM Customer. The Products referenced in this agreement include only SmarTire's designs described in Attachment 1.
OEM Customer means a distributor that incorporates the ESPS Software in its products and distributes the ESPS Software as a component of such products.
OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer that (a) embeds or combines Dell EMC Standard Products in or with OEM’s proprietary hardware, software, or other intellectual property, resulting in a specialized system or solution with industry- or task-specific functionality (such system or solution, an “OEM Customer Solution”) and (b) sells the OEM Customer Solution under OEM’s own brand. For the purposes of this Agreement, OEM and Partner are synonymous.
OEM Customer means a Person in the business of manufacturing motor vehicles. "PARTY" or "PARTIES" has the meaning specified in the opening paragraph of this Agreement. "VISTEON RELATED COMPANY" is as defined in Exhibit 4. 1.2 Subject to Section 15.3, except in regard to the identification of the Parties to this Agreement above or where the context clearly requires otherwise, a reference in this Agreement to "Newco" includes Newco and its applicable Affiliates, and to "Visteon" includes Visteon and its wholly-owned subsidiaries in North America. 2.
OEM Customer means you in your capacity as an original equipment manufacturer that is purchasing Dell Products and Services from the Dell OEM Solutions (or its successor) business group for an OEM project. In general, an OEM Customer (a) embeds or bundles such Dell Products in or with OEM Customer’s proprietary hardware, software or other intellectual property, resulting in a specialized system or solution with industry or task-specific functionality (such system or solution an “OEM Solution”) and (b) resells such OEM Solution under OEM Customer’s own brand. With respect to OEM Customers, the term (1) “Dell Products” includes Dell Products that are provided without Dell branding (i.e. unbranded OEM-ready system), and (2) “End-User” means any entity purchasing an OEM Solution for its own end-use and not for reselling, distributing or sub-licensing to others.
