Occupied property definition

Occupied property means "builders risk property" that is occupied in whole or in part, or put to its intended use prior to the final acceptance by the owner of that property. The orientation or training of building management staff, the training of plant engineering and maintenance personnel, the establishment of a sales or rental office or the completion of tenant fit out work shall not be considered occupancy.
