Observing Time definition

Observing Time means the time on the MWA facility that is scheduled for scientific observing, excluding the time required for engineering, commissioning activities, and maintenance.
Observing Time means the time scheduled for the observing of astronomical objects for scientific purposes, excluding the time required for Engineering and Commissioning.

More Definitions of Observing Time

Observing Time means the time scheduled for execution of scientific research programs, including associated system setup and calibration procedures, but excluding the time required for Engineering and Commissioning Activities.

Related to Observing Time

  • Reporting Time means the relevant time (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Parenting time means the schedule of time during which each parent has access to a child at specified times. Each parent during their scheduled parenting time is responsible for providing the child with food, clothing and shelter and may make routine decisions concerning the child’s care.

  • working time Means the usual or normal hours (including overtime) that a Contract Deputy(ies) is required by the Law Enforcement Official to work in any calendar month. In addition, working time includes ninety five percent (95%) of the time the Contract Deputy(ies) is on vacation leave, is on sick leave and receives workers’ compensation benefits.

  • Working Timetable has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the Network Code.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Working Time Regulations means the Working Time Regulations 1998.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.   • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Closing time means the date and hour specified in the bidding documents for the receipt of bids.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

  • Chief Inspector means Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills or his successor;

  • Option Closing Time has the meaning given to it in Section 16(1);

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.
