Observation Period End Date definition

Observation Period End Date means, in respect of an Index, the date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, which shall be the last day of the relevant Observation Period. Such day shall be included in or excluded from such Observation Period, as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

Observation Period End Date means each date specified as such in Annex 3.

Observation Period End Date means, in respect of a Fund Share, each date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, subject to adjustment in accordance with the provisions of “Observation Date”, “Valuation Date” or otherwise as specified in the applicable Final Terms, if applicable.

Examples of Observation Period End Date in a sentence

• If there are any Unsettled Credit Events as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date, the Warrant Extended Maturity Date may not be the final maturity date for the Notes and the final maturity date will be the later of the Extended CDS Termination Date and the Warrant Extended Maturity Date.

• Such occurrence may arise where there are Unsettled Credit Events under the Credit Default Swap Transactions as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date.

• Such occurrence may arise where the Issuer Cash Settlement Amount is due and payable after the Repurchase Date of such related Repo Transaction or where an Unsettled Credit Event is determined as at the Credit Event Observation Period End Date.

Observation Period End Date means, if "Observation Period" is specified to be applicable in the relevant Pricing Supplement, in respect of a Share, the date specified as such in the relevant Pricing Supplement, which shall be the last day of the relevant Observation Period, and shall be included or excluded from the Observation Period, as provided in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
