Observation conference definition

Observation conference means a discussion between a supervisor and teaching staff member to review a written report of the performance data collected in a formal observation and its implications for the teaching staff member's annual evaluation.

Observation conference. The evaluator and employee shall meet within three (3) days of the observation or written evaluation for a post conference for each required observation and evaluation. Summative evaluations are evaluator judgments of educator performance against standards and/ or progress made toward completion of a performance plan. Freshwater has developed a summative evaluation process that takes place at the end of the three-year development and evaluation process for professionals. The statute requires that a summative evaluation be performed by a qualified and trained evaluator. In Freshwater’s case, the summative evaluations will be performed by licensed administrators. All personnel who conduct summative evaluations must receive training. Among the important topics that should be addressed in training are coaching skills, orientation to the evaluation instrument, observation skills and procedures, evidence-gathering procedures, scoring practice and inter- rater reliability, and controlling for bias. Those conducting summative evaluations must undergo follow-up training regularly to ensure that they are up to date in their skills and aware of any changes that have been made to the system.   • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Conference bridging service means an ancillary service that links two or more participants of an audio or video conference call and may include the provision of a telephone number. Conference bridging service does not include the telecommunications services used to reach the conference bridge.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Site evaluation means a comprehensive analysis of soil and site conditions for an OWTS.

WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not. YOU and YOUR means the subscriber or member enrolled for coverage under this agreement. YOU and YOUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Observation Date (k means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.
