Examples of Obligors in a sentence
Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this section.
The Administrative Agent may, in its discretion after the occurrence and during the continuation of a Collateral Manager Event of Default or an Event of Default, send notification forms giving the Obligors and/or agents on Agented Loans notice of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Collateral Agent.
Nothing in this Section 3.04(b) shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee or the Asset Representation Reviewer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 3.04(b) as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.04(b).
The Servicer shall remit to the Collection Account (and post such amounts to its records) within two Business Days of receipt and identification of payment (including receipt of proper instructions regarding where to allocate such payment) all payments by or on behalf of the Obligors with respect to the Receivables (other than Purchased Receivables) and all Recoveries, both as collected during the Collection Period.
The Servicer, acting as agent for the Trust pursuant to the Lockbox Agreement, shall use its best efforts to cause Obligors to make all payments on the Contracts to the Lockbox Account (either directly by remitting payments to the Lockbox, or indirectly by making payments through a direct debit, the telephone or the internet to an account of the Servicer which payments will be subsequently transferred from such account to the Lockbox Account).
