Obligations Under the Security Agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Grantor by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Grantors. The undersigned further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an “Additional Grantor” or a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Grantor by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Grantors. The undersigned further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an “Additional Grantor” or a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned, that each reference to the “Collateral” or any part thereof shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned’s Collateral or part thereof, as the case may be, and that each reference in the Security Agreement to a Schedule shall also mean and be a reference to the schedules attached hereto.

The undersigned further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an "Additional Debtor" or a "Debtor" shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned. The terms of Sections 11.11, 11.12, 11.13 and 11.14 of the Security Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. The Additional Grantor hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Grantor by all of the terms and conditions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Grantors thereunder. The Additional Grantor further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an “Additional Grantor” or a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to the Additional Grantor, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Grantor” or a “Loan Party” shall also mean and be a reference to the Additional Grantor.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. As of the date first-above written, the undersigned hereby joins the Security Agreement as a party thereto and as a Grantor thereunder and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement. As of the date first-above written, each reference in the Security Agreement to a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Securing Party by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Securing Parties. The undersigned further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an "Additional Securing Party" or a "Securing Party" shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. Each Additional XM Subsidiary hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Grantor by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as Grantor. Each Additional XM Subsidiary further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an “Additional Grantor” or a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to each Additional XM Subsidiary. The terms of Sections 11.11, 11.12, 11.13 and 11.14 of the Security Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. The undersigned hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as an Assignor and a Guarantor by all of the terms and provisions of the Collateral and Guaranty Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Assignors and Guarantors. The undersigned further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Collateral and Guaranty Agreement to an “Assignor” or a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to the undersigned.
Obligations Under the Security Agreement. Each Additional Grantor hereby agrees, as of the date first above written, to be bound as a Grantor by all of the terms and provisions of the Security Agreement to the same extent as each of the other Grantors and all such provisions of the Security Agreement are incorporated herein by reference, provided that each Addtiional Grantor shall only be a “Pledgor” to the extent identified as such on Schedule VII hereto. Each Additional Grantor further agrees, as of the date first above written, that each reference in the Security Agreement to an “Additional Grantor” or a “Grantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional Grantor.
