Examples of Obligation Register in a sentence

  • No transfer of any Bond shall be effective until entered in the Obligation Register.

  • Obligation Register - means, as to each series of Bond Obligations, the register or registers maintained pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Master Debt Resolution.

  • If a Paying Agent/Registrar is replaced, such Paying Agent, promptly upon the appointment of the successor, will deliver the Obligation Register (or a copy thereof) and all other pertinent books and records relating to the Bonds to the successor Paying Agent/Registrar.

  • In such event, the Bonds shall no longer be restricted to being registered in the Obligation Register in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, but may be registered in the name of the successor securities depository, or its nominee, or in whatever name or names Holders transferring or exchanging Bonds shall designate, in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution.

Related to Obligation Register
