Obligation Documents definition

Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Obligation Documents means this Guaranty, the Note, the Credit Agreement, the Loan Documents, all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other documents, instruments, agreements, certificates, legal opinions and other writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Obligation Documents means the Revolving Credit Documents and the Term Loan Credit Documents and the Existing Notes Documents, or any of them.

  • To the extent the City enters into such agreements and pledges Net Operating Revenues, Designated Revenues or Junior Subordinate Lien Revenues to the payments due under such agreements, the City may do so if the City satisfies the tests for additional Revenue Obligations set forth in the Senior Lien Revenue Obligation Documents, the Junior Lien Revenue Obligation Documents and the Junior Subordinate Lien Revenue Obligation Documents, as applicable, subject to the provisions set forth below.

  • The City covenants that it will not sell or dispose of the System, except as permitted under the Junior Lien Revenue Obligation Documents.

  • Further, the Junior Obligation Documents and Senior Loan Documents shall remain automatically subordinate to the RAD Use Agreement in the event any subsequent modification or amendments are deemed necessary to the RAD Use Agreement; provided, that the Senior Lender has been given notice of such modification or amendment prior to the execution thereof.

Obligation Documents means this Guaranty, the Note, the Loan Agreement, the Loan Documents, all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other documents, instruments, agreements, certificates, legal opinions and other writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Obligation Documents means, in relation to a Series of Obligations, the Applicable Transaction Terms (if any), the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed, the relevant Related Agreement, any Sub-Custodian Agreement or custody agreement entered into in respect of such Series, the Obligations of such Series, any Supplemental Security Documents, if any, entered into in respect of such Series and the final form of any other documents entered into by a party or produced in connection with such Series;
Obligation Documents means any and all agreements, assignments and instruments (including any renewals, extensions, modifications or amendments thereof) evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Lease.
