Obligated Party definition

Obligated Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.02.
Obligated Party means Borrower, each Guarantor or any other Person who is or becomes party to any agreement that obligates such Person to pay or perform, or that Guarantees or secures payment or performance of, the Obligations under the Loan Documents or any part thereof.
Obligated Party means any party other than Borrower who secures, guarantees and/or is otherwise obligated to pay all or any portion of the Indebtedness.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Loan Guarantor irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against any Obligated Party, or any other Person.

Obligated Party means an energy distributor or retail energy sales company that is bound by the national energy efficiency obligation schemes referred to in Article 7;
