If it is not possible to dispose of assets as described in clause 13.2 then the assets can be given to another charitable cause provided that the cause is within the Objects of the Association.
The assets and income of the Association shall be applied solely in furtherance of the Objects of the Association, and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the organisation, except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or reasonable expenses incurred on behalf of the organisation in accordance with any relevant Regulations.
