Objects of the Association definition

Objects of the Association means the objects adopted by the Association for the purposes of section 29 of the Act;
Objects of the Association means the objects referred to in Regulation 4(1);
Objects of the Association means the purposes for which the Association was established as may be registered in accordance with the Act from time to time.

  • If it is not possible to dispose of assets as described in clause 13.2 then the assets can be given to another charitable cause provided that the cause is within the Objects of the Association.

  • In the event of the dissolution of the Association, any assets held by, on behalf of or in trust for the Association at that time shall be transferred to another organisation whose objects are similar to or compatible with the Objects of the Association, as determined by a General Meeting of the Association or the National Executive Committee called to wind up the affairs of the Association.

  • The income and property of the Association will only be applied towards the promotion of the Objects of the Association.

  • In addition to the rights, powers and privileges provided under the Act, the Association has power to do all such acts and things as are incidental, conducive or subsidiary to all or any of the Objects of the Association.

  • Any financial gains arising from the Association’s activities shall be applied solely in the furtherance of the Objects of the Association.

  • Imminent danger to the health and safety of the public means the existence of any condition or practice, or any violation of a permit or other requirement of this chapter in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation, which condition, practice, or violation could reasonably be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons outside the permit area before such condition, practice, or violation can be abated. A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose the person's self to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.

  • Firearm trade association means any person, corporation, unincorporated association, federation, business league, or business organization that:
