Object of Purchase definition

Object of Purchase means the educational introductory online-video course(s) that is intended to educate the Customer to understand and self-trade Forex / CFD / International- and local Stocks/Shares which includes:
Object of Purchase or “Devices”) and shall transfer to the Buyer ownership right to the Object of Purchase, and the Buyer shall take over the Object of Purchase and shall pay the Seller the Purchase Price (as defined below), all under the terms and conditions stipulated in this Contract.
Object of Purchase shall include all and any goods, materials, substances, services, works, equipment, software, information in whatever form, such as instruction manuals and technical drawings, permits indicatingthat the Object of Purchase complies with regulatory standards, required access rights, use rights or rights of ownership, and other intellectual property rights, and/or other goods and/or services (with all modification, improvements, updates as well as assignment and transfer rights) sold, supplied, designed or transmitted by the Supplier to the Customer and specified in the Purchase Agreement;

Examples of Object of Purchase in a sentence

  • The Seller wishes to provide the Object of Purchase to the Buyer for consideration.

  • The Seller promises to the Buyer that if for the fulfilment of the requirements of the Buyer under this Contract or the proper operation of the Object of Purchase are necessary other deliveries and activities not mentioned in this Contract, the Seller shall procure such deliveries or shall carry out such activities at its own expense without any effect on the Purchase Price.

  • The Seller is aware that the Buyer does not have at its disposal premises for the storage of packaging and, therefore, shall not store packaging of the Object of Purchase.

Object of Purchase means the Smart Trader Course (Hereinafter referred to as “the Course”) and or technical coaching services that are intended to educate the Purchaser to understand and self-trade in FOREX, commodities, indices, and CFD’s.

Related to Object of Purchase

  • Final Notice of Purchase means, in connection with an Optional Tender or a Mandatory Tender, a Notice of Purchase delivered by the Tender and Paying Agent to the Liquidity Provider (or directly to the Liquidity Provider by Beneficial Owners or their Agent Members, in the case of an Optional Tender, or Holders, in the case of a Mandatory Tender, if there is no Tender and Paying Agent or for any reason the Tender and Paying Agent does not perform its obligations) on the Purchase Date indicating the number of VRDP Shares to be purchased on such date pursuant to the Purchase Obligation, or, in connection with a Mandatory Purchase, the Mandatory Purchase Notice delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund.

  • Notice of Purchase means, as the context requires, a Preliminary Notice of Purchase or a Final Notice of Purchase, in each case, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement.

  • Margin of purchase preference means the maximum extent to which the price quoted by a local supplier may be above the L1 for the purpose of purchase preference.

  • Proof of Purchase means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase. The Proof of Purchase must clearly specify:

  • Alternate VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement means any agreement with a successor liquidity provider replacing the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement (or any replacement therefor) upon its termination in accordance with its terms and containing a Purchase Obligation substantially similar to the Purchase Obligation therein, as determined by the Fund.

  • Sale and Purchase Agreement means all the agreements entered into from time to time (whether before, on or after the date of this Agreement) by the Borrower for the sale of the Units and shall include any one or more or all of the Sale and Purchase Agreements.

  • Limit of Quantitation or “LOQ” means a measurement of the concentration of a contaminant obtained by using a specified laboratory procedure calibrated at a specified concentration above the method detection level. It is considered the lowest concentration at which a particular contaminant can be quantitatively measured using a specified laboratory procedure for monitoring of the contaminant. This term is also sometimes called limit of quantification or quantification level.

  • Notice of Purchase Withdrawal Has the meaning specified in the Deposit Agreement.

  • Purchaser’s Warranties means the warranties and representations given by the Purchasers pursuant to Clause 5.2 and Schedule 2 and “Purchasers’ Warranty” means any one of them;

  • PURCHASE AUTHORITY means the officer signing the acceptance of tender and shall include any officer who has authority to execute the relevant contract on behalf of the purchaser.

  • Purchaser Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.1;

  • Purchaser Warrants means Purchaser Private Warrants and Purchaser Public Warrants, collectively.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.

  • Sale Shares has the meaning ascribed to it at Recital (A).

  • Purchase Price and Terms Letter With respect to each purchase of a Mortgage Loan Package hereunder, that certain letter agreement setting forth the general terms and conditions of such transaction consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased hereunder, by and between the Company and the Purchaser. Purchaser: Xxxxxx Brothers Bank, FSB or its successor in interest or any successor to the Purchaser under this Agreement as herein provided.

  • Other Warrants means any other warrants issued by the Company in connection with the transaction with respect to which this Warrant was issued, and any warrant issued upon transfer or partial exercise of or in lieu of this Warrant. The term “Warrant” as used herein shall be deemed to include Other Warrants unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

  • Private Placement Warrants Purchase Agreement shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Founder Shares Purchase Agreement shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Purchase Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).

  • Waiver or variance means action by the board which suspends in whole or in part the requirements or provisions of a rule as applied to an identified person on the basis of the particular circumstances of that person. For simplicity, the term “waiver” shall include both a “waiver” and a “variance.”

  • Subscribed Shares means, as of any date of determination, the Subscribed Shares (as defined in the recitals to this Subscription Agreement) and any other equity security issued or issuable with respect to the Subscribed Shares by way of stock split, dividend, distribution, recapitalization, merger, exchange, or replacement, and (ii) “Subscriber” shall include any person to which the rights under this Section 5 shall have been duly assigned.

  • Additional Xxxx of Sale means each document, in the form of Attachment D hereto, executed by an authorized officer of VL Funding, the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding, Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of Funding which shall: (i) set forth the list and certain terms of (a) Additional Loans offered by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, including the Additional Loans Purchase Price for the Additional Loans being sold thereunder or (b) Substituted Loans substituted by VL Funding and (ii) sell, assign and convey to Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee, for the benefit of Funding, and their assignees, all right, title and interest of VL Funding and of the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding in the Additional Loans or Substituted Loans, as applicable, listed on the related Additional Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding pursuant to Sections 5(A) and (B) of these Master Terms, by the Servicer as set forth in Section 5(C) and by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as set forth in Section 5(D) are true and correct.

  • Purchased Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Contract of Sale means a contract for the sale of an object by a seller to a buyer which is not an agreement as defined in (a) above;
