Object Code Software definition

Object Code Software means End User Customer Software supplied to EMC by McDATA (i) the machine-executable instructions and all associated descriptive material and documentation for each processor within each Product supplied by McDATA pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) subsequent updates and/or enhancements provided by McDATA pursuant to this Agreement. Such Software may be provided to EMC on magnetic media or in written or graphic form which performs, describes, or illustrates the performance of all on-line functions, off-line utilities, and diagnostics pertinent to the Product.
Object Code Software means that portion of Software required during manufacture, assembly, testing, or field support to be loaded into the Products and operated as part of the Products.
Object Code Software means the executable object code version of the software identified in Exhibit C.

  • The Agreement includes all of the terms stated in this License Schedule, the Lumina SDN Controller Object Code Software License Agreement, and any other documents or terms expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • In interpreting this Agreement, (1) this License Schedule, (2) the Lumina SDN Code Controller Object Code Software License Agreement, (3) the Support Terms and (4) any other documents or terms shall take precedence in that order in the event of a conflict, to the extent of the conflict.

Object Code Software means machine-readable form of the Software. Patch (es) means a Permanent Solution for a specific problem.
Object Code Software means the computer software programs which Motorola will deliver to EFJ only in linkable object code and not in source code, including, without limitation, the Radio Operating Software/Virtual Radio Interface Software (also known as the "ROS/VRIS" software).

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.
