NYSE Rule definition

NYSE Rule means Rule 312 of the New York Stock Exchange Listed Company Manual or any successor rule thereof, or any similar rule of any other national securities exchange on which New Securities will be listed.
NYSE Rule means Rule 312 of the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual.
NYSE Rule means Rule 312.03 of the New York Stock Exchange’s Listed Company Manual. “Parent Equity Plans” means the Parent 2013 Incentive Stock Program.
