CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.
NYISO means the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.
CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.
Tariffs means the published fares, charges and/or related Conditions of Carriage of an airline filed, where required, with the appropriate authorities.
Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.
Tariff Shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement;
MISO means 'Management Information System Online'. An online portal located at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx provided by the Authority for collection and receipt of Management Information;
Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.
Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.
Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual
Transportation network company rider or “rider” means an
NERC means the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
