Nurse definition

Nurse means a person who holds a current license from the Oregon Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse pursuant to ORS chapter 678.
Nurse means an educator employed to provide full-time nursing and health-care services and who meets all the requirements to practice as a registered nurse (RN) pursuant to the Nursing Prac- tice Act and the rules and regulations relating to professional nurse education, licensure, and practice and has been issued a license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
