Nunavut Settlement Area definition

Nunavut Settlement Area or “NSA” has the same meaning as in the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement;
Nunavut Settlement Area means the area described in Section 3.1.1; "Nunavut Social Development Council" (Council) means the Council established under Section 32.3.1;
Nunavut Settlement Area has the meaning as set out in section 3.1.1 of the Nunavut Agreement.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:
